Want to send your wig for customization? Follow these easy steps!
Shipping or Drop-off Instructions:

• Drop-Offs are accepted at HAIR96 2534 North Broad Street] during business hours. 8am-4pm,Monday-Saturday

Time Frame:
Turnaround time is approximately 3 business days after receipt with a 2 day Processing time

Track Your Package:
Shipped Confirmation:
If you’re shipping your wig, a tracking number will be emailed once your wig is on its way back to you.
Drop off confirmation:
If you’re dropping off your wig, you’ll receive a confirmation text once your wig is ready for pickup! We’ll notify you immediately so you can plan accordingly.
